| Farmersville Exhibition The Farmersville Exhibition, which is also known as the Steam Fair, is an annual event put on by the Athens Lions Club. It is scheduled for the 3rd weekend in July (Friday evening, Sat. & Sun.) at the Centennial Park and Center 76. Thousands of people travel to Athens during this weekend to see the antique farm equipment, horse pulls, craft show also to attend the well known Farmersville dance and much more. Farmersville offers something for the entire family.
