Maple Syrup Tarts

(Large Tarts)
690 ml (3 cups) syrup 460 ml (2 cups) nuts
2 eggs(beaten first) 10 ml (2 tsp) cornstarch
460 ml (2 cups) raisins

METHOD -- Use a shell from any ordinary pastry or frozen shells. Bake in unbaked shells at 175°C (350°F) for 1/2 hour. Makes 36 small tarts.
