The Media Creates Pop Culture

[The Media] [The Teens] [Influential People] [Large Companies and Corporations] [All the Above Create]

This page is dedicated to those asked who thought that the media was responsible for creating pop culture. They thought that the media (commercials, movies, newspapers, etc.) are telling us all the time what to think, buy and do. You are sitting at home just minding your own business, maybe watching your favorite show, when a commercial comes on. You've seen it a hundred times already and you pretty much know it by heart. The media makes you aware of its new product so that you will go buy it. The media tries its best to make that product look "cool" so that we'll want to get it. Face it, when somethings been on TV, chances are people will think it's cool.

Below is a chart showing how many people (out of 29 answers) chose the media.

As you can already see 5 out of 29 chose the media as the creator of Pop Culture.
