Steps

 

E-mail - set up Eudora e-mail, and as a class we practiced our e-mail skills

Mini Surveys - sent out small surveys to every one in the classroom

Professional Survey - viewed a professional survey as an example to follow

Databases - learned how to use Microsoft Access, collect data, and entered results

Microsoft Excel - learned how to make graphs in Excel to further analyze our results

Good Copy - handed in the good copy of our analysis, which consisted of written reports and graphs

Searched - seached for schools on ePALS .com that could help us with our project

History - from an Internet Class to a history class; we learned the history of the Internet from ARPA Net to Napster

E-mail - learned how e-mail was conceived and how it operates

Topics - created and developed new topics, then assigned groups

Contact - contacted schools to see if they would like to participate in our survey project

Research - researched our topics using the Internet and the library, and shared and discussed our findings in Blackboard.com

HTML - started to learn HTML the hard way; tags and notepad

Surveys - created surveys of various topics

Send surveys - sent the surveys to the schools who agreed to participate in this project

Answers - got responses from students around the world

Database - entered the answers we recieved into Microsoft Acceses

Queries - created queries in Access to better analyze the information give to us

Microsof Excel - made graphs to display our information

Website - Started constructing a website to present our survey and the finings to the world
