We have 273 students in our school as of 2002. It was built in 1967 to take over all the one roomed schools in the area (S.S.#17 Innisville (Now a museum), S.S.#8 Wayside, S.S.#3 2^nd line, S.S.#18 Knowles, S.S.#16 Prestonvale, S.S.#15 McIlquham, S.S.#13 Drummond Centre, S.S.#12 McGarry's, S.S.#11 Balderson, and S.S.#9 Code's).
